Each National Member Organization is allowed to register eight (8) general delegates in the early registration period and eight (8) general delegates in the late registration period.
Additional delegates above the total of 16 are allowed only for these categories of delegates - Alumni, IFMSA Officials and Extra Quota Delegates (Support Persons, Transnational, Initiative and Endorsed Project Coordinators, AM2010 Organizing Committee members). Our guests can register as Externals or Observers and will be approved by the IFMSA President.
Any delegate, whose registration is not completed by the close of the early registration deadline, will have to register as a late delegate.

*The externals quota is reserved for delegates invited by IFMSA and the MM2010 OC.

• Any general delegates that an NMO would like to register and are above the quota of 16, will have to pay late registration fee enlarged by additional EUR25 for TAF. • To be able to take part in the pre-GA, you also need the approval of the pre-GA coordinators. • Your NMO President must approve you before your registration is finalized and you can proceed to pay the registration fee.
